Please use one of the following forms to pay your invoice. You will need to print and fill out the form then submit it via secure portal with your Efile papers. We encourage all clients to use the ECheck authorization as this helps us keep our costs down. However, you may also use the Credit – Debit Authorization form. We accept EChecks, Mastercard and Visa as forms of payment. We can also take your payment information over the phone.
